Vollrath® Wear-Ever® Double Roaster Set 25 QT

This Vollrath Wear-Ever® double roaster set is perfect for cooking turkeys, hams and roasts. The top and bottom sections may be used individually for open pan roasting. When used as a double roaster, sections fits snugly together to seal in seam. Protective chrome-plated steel straps serve for protection against damage. The roaster set is made of heavy-gauge 3004 aluminum permitting even and efficient heating. Recommend reducing oven temperature by 25° F (-3.9° C) to reduce energy costs. Includes loop handles for durability.
