Vollrath's Ultra Series Dual Hob Drop-In Induction Ranges are high-efficiency, heavy-duty commercial ranges designed for use in commercial kitchens and front-of-the-house cooking. They provide sensitive low-end control for cooking delicate sauces, creams and chocolates as well as fast, high temperature cooking for stir fry, stock pot, sauce pot and saute applications. For precise cooking, you have 100 power settings to choose from. This Ultra Series 69508 induction range is equipped with a variety of safety features including over-heat protection, small article detection, pan auto-detection function and empty-pan shut-off. Sloped control panel prevents runoff of liquid spills. Rubber feet will keep the appliance stable. The case of the range is made from 18-gauge 304 stainless steel with a Vitro ceramic top that cleans easily with a mild cleaner.
