The X*WAV radiant pass through oven uses a series of cutting edge controls and infrared heat systems that are focused at your food, delivering an "extreme" level of heating energy to your sandwiches, pizzas or breads. Conveyors are shipped left to right. For Right to left conveyor flow, place "R" after model number. Conveyor speed can be set between speeds that are slow (12 minutes) to a maximum speed of 30 seconds. Cooking chambers range from 29" x 18" wide in our largest oven to 17" x 14" wide in our compact oven. 8" long crumb trays are provided on either end of the toaster. Extended conveyor shelves are available for both entrance and exit areas. Fully insulated top and sides provide "Cool to the touch" exteriors.
