Wolf Range Griddle Natural Gas Countertop 36in x 30in

Wolf Range ASA36-30 is a powerful countertop gas griddle that uses 81,000 BTU's to cook a variety of foods to perfection on its wide 36in x 30in griddle plate. To ensure that there is even heating on the griddle surface Wolf Ranges uses (1) "U" shaped aluminized steel burner every 12 inches. In order to catch the extra grease that the food will produce while cooking, Wolf Range installed a 3-1/2in grease gutter and a large 6 quart stainless steel grease drawer under the griddle that is easy to remove for cleaning. To help with grease splatters the ASA36-30 countertop griddle uses 4in back splash and tapered side splashes that are designed to catch splattering grease. Since Wolf Range built this ASA griddle out of stainless steel this countertop unit will look great in any kitchen and is easy to keep clean. The ASA36-30 comes in either LP gas or Natural gas, this particular product is natural gas.
