Wolf Range C72-CC-12B Challenger XL natural gas restaurant range has 12 open burners and (2) baker's depth convection ovens to cook a variety of foods to perfection every time. Each open burner has lift-off burner heads that make it easy to clean. To ensure that the open burners are easy to light Wolf Range installed a shrouded flash tube pilot system every 2 burners. Each convection oven uses 35,000 BTU's per hour and comes with a 1 phase blower motor, 6 foot cord and plug for your convienance. The C72-CC-12B features an extra deep welded crumb tray that pulls out for easy cleaning. Wolf Range C72 restaurant range are NSF listed and CSA certified so users know they have a quality product that was built to last.
