Cambro made their market pans out of heavy-duty stain, odor and scratch resistant fiberglass with aluminum reinforced rims that ensures the pans last longer. These market pans have molded in Dri-Stak separators and lugs that will keep them straight while stored and allow air to flow in between the pans for quicker drying time.
