The Vulcan V6BU36C V-Series Heavy Duty Gas Range is a high-quality commercial line of equipment for the professional kitchen. This range features (6) full open burners, each with individual controls and lift-off grates to simplify sanitation.  The back (3) burners are raised to create multiple cooktop levels and are slightly larger to use with larger pots.  The range is also fixed with a convection oven base, which is porcelain-lined to optimize heat conduction.  The V6BU36C Heavy Duty Gas Range is constructed from high-quality stainless steel, including a telescoping front ledge for pot, pan and product placement.
