Vollrath Tribute 12qt 3-Ply Stock Pot

Tribute® cookware heats evenly without hot spots. This pot is designed for preparing stocks, soups and liquids or reducing liquids. The tall and narrow shape of the pot allows liquids to bubble up through the food, extracting maximum flavor. It's 3-ply construction maintains shape under constant commercial use. 18-8 stainless steel interior does not affect colors and flavor of food, while aluminum core provides heat on bottom of pan and side walls. This stockpot is for use with induction, gas, electric and ceramic cooktops.
