A built-in easy to use two stone sharpener makes sharpening the blade simple and convenient. The SLR7912/N slicer has automatic carriage that slices approximately 40 slices per minute for maximum operational efficiency. Intuitive setup includes simple main switch and variable speed control. Thermal overload protection with manual reset automatically shuts the slicer off to protect it from damage.
