This Vollrath Wear-Ever® roasting pan top is great for holding hams, roasts and turkeys. It can be used as a top for Vollrath 68365 roasting pan bottom. The roasting pan is made of heavy-gauge 3004 aluminum permitting even and efficient heating. Recommend reducing oven temperature by 25° F (-3.9° C) to reduce energy costs. Includes loop handles for durability.
