Vollrath Wear-Ever 29-1/2QT Roasting Pan Top w/Straps - 2 EA

This Vollrath Wear-Ever® roasting pan top can be used for open pan roasting or combined with the Vollrath 68362 roasting pan bottom for use as a double roaster. Protective chrome-plated steel straps on the pan serve for protection against damage. The roasting pan is made of heavy-gauge 3004 aluminum permitting even and efficient heating. Recommend reducing oven temperature by 25° F (-3.9° C) to reduce energy costs. Includes loop handles for durability.
