Vollrath Wear-Ever 17-3/4QT Roasting Pan Bottom - 2 EA

This Vollrath Wear-Ever® roasting pan bottom is ideally used for open pan roasting of turkeys, hams or roasts, but it can be combined with Vollrath 68366 roasting pan top. The roasting pan is made of heavy-gauge 3004 aluminum permitting even and efficient heating. Recommend reducing oven temperature by 25° F (-3.9° C) to reduce energy costs. Includes loop handles for durability.
