Vollrath Wear-Ever 42-1/2QT Roasting Pan Bottom - 2 EA

This Vollrath Wear-Ever® roasting pan bottom is ideally used for open pan roasting, but can be combined with Vollrath 68363 roasting pan top. The roasting pan is made of heavy-gauge 3004 aluminum permitting even and efficient heating. Recommend reducing oven temperature by 25° F (-3.9° C) to reduce energy costs. Includes loop handles for durability.
