A pan fry with CermicGuard® II better withstands the abuse of metal utensils allowing the pan to last longer. This Wear-Ever® fry pan is made with heavy-duty, impact-resistant 3004 aluminum. It's removable Cool Handle® silicone insulated handle is rated at 450° F, so it can be used in oven or on stovetop. An ideal fry pan for heavy-duty frying.
