Vollrath® ServeWell® 4-Well Hot Food Table

Vollrath® ServeWell® hot food tables were designed to hold heated prepared foods at temperatures above the HACCP "danger zone" of 140° F(60° C). Vollrath® builds their ServeWell® hot food tables with heavy-gauge stainless steel to ensure strength and durability. This 38004 hot food table has 4 thermoset wells that won't pit or rust and is easily cleaned by wiping off water deposits. This hot food table features a low-water indicator light so you don't have to guess when it's time to refill. You'll reduce food waste with the hot food table's thermostatic heat controls' ability to automatically adjust for water temperature and food volume changes. Vollrath® recommends using full or fractional sized pans that are up to 4 inches deep with this heated food pan table. A handy plate shelf and cutting board are included with the unit.
