Vollrath 20QT Double Boiler

It's constructed of 18-8 stainless steel with solid welded stainless steel loop handles for durability and easy cleaning. This double boiler features conductive bottoms that distribute heat evenly. The rounded corners on inset pan allows for easy mixing. Cooking time is reduced with the snug fitting insets. The double boiler comes complete with 20qt pot, flat bottom inset and flat solid cover with strap handle.
