This double boiler features conductive bottoms that distribute heat evenly. The rounded corners on inset pan allows for easy mixing. Cooking time is reduced with the snug fitting insets. The double boiler comes complete with 11-1/2qt pot, flat bottom inset and flat solid cover with strap handle.
