Vollrath's 6950020 countertop induction range is designed for use in light to medium-duty front-of-the-house cooking. It's ideal for presentation cooking, omelet stations or small re-heat stations. This portable induction range has a case frame made from 18-gauge stainless steel with a ceramic top that cleans easily with a mild cleaner. The Vollrath 6950020 induction range is equipped with many safety features including over-heat protection, small-article detection, empty-pan shut-off and safety auto-shut-off function. Panel control is slopped to prevent liquid spill runoffs. Rubber feet to stop the range the slipping. An easy to read LED bar allows you to select from the 9 heating levels with optimum power for different pans as well as select 7 temperature holding positions.
