This deep, straight-sided sauce pan from Vollrath's Centurion® Collection is constructed of durable 18-10 stainless steel. A self-basting, domed lid (sold separately) retains moisture, allowing food to be cooked with little liquid or fat. The sauce pan is excellent for cooking any food with liquid such as soup, vegetables and sauces.
