Vollrath's CBL9012 lava rock charbroiler provides a simple and effective way to prepare food with delicious restaurant grilled flavor. It's 12in size offers a small footprint for tighter spaces and low-volume applications. The CBL9012 charbroiler provides two sides for cooking, narrow side is designed to dispense excess fat, reducing smoke and flames, the wider surface is ideal for fish and other delicate items. An angled adaptor bar allows foods to be angled away from heat for slower cooking and directs grease away to minimize flareups. This Cayenne® CBL9012 charbroiler features durable metal knobs that are guaranteed for life and heavy-duty legs with level adjustment.
