The Vollrath Wear-Ever® heavy-duty brazier comes from the Classic Select® line constructed with heavy gauge impact-resistant 3004 aluminum. This brazier has a double-thick bottom that heats evenly and eliminates hot spots. The smooth surface keeps cleanup easy. Perfect brazier pan for long, slow cooking with it's wide heating surface allowing meats and vegetables to cook in limited amounts of liquid.
