Vollrath Wear-Ever 11-1/2QT Strapped Roast Pan Bottom for 68360 - 2 EA

This Vollrath Wear-Ever® roast pan bottom can be used individually for open pan roasting, but also serves as a bottom replacement pan for Wear-Ever® 68360 double roaster set. The roast pan bottom is made of heavy-gauge 3004 aluminum permitting even and efficient heating. Recommend reducing oven temperature by 25° F (-3.9° C) to reduce energy costs. Includes loop handles for durability.
