The pan is constructed from 11 gauge impact-resistant, energy-efficient 3004 aluminum that generates heat evenly along its base and sidewalls. The double-thick rim remains round for a better cover fit. This pan includes EverTite™ Riveting System with a lifetime warranty against loose rivets.
