Vollrath's MIX1060 60qt floor mixer is designed for specifically for small commercial applications. The grease packed ball bearing and air cooled motor ensure quiet and efficient continuous coiled mixer's powerful 2 HP motor to mixes ingredients to perfection making your work light and easy. Handling a variety of batches or volume won't be a problem with the mixer's 3 speed transmission that's sure to meet your needs. A safety cut switch will automatically turn the unit off so gears can be changed without stopping the mixer. This floor mixer comes with a number 12 hub that accommodates Vollrath's meat grinder and vegetable slicer attachments allowing flexibility between grinding, slicing and mixing. Vollrath's MIX1060 floor mixer features a 30 minute timer that automatically stops the mixer when the timer ends. Included with this floor mixer is a dough hook, wire whisk, spatula, 40qt stainless steel mixing bowl and safety guard.
