The Cayenne® FFA7020 countertop fryer comes with several safety features like automatic thermal overload shutoff at 390°, a micro-switch that shuts down when the element box is removed and a cool-touch handle on the nickel-plated steel wire baskets. The dual fryer features removable element box assemblies for easy cleaning and versatility. Each box is wired separately and with its own 5ft cord and plug.
