Vollrath installed easy-to-load baskets that merchandise more than just chickens. This CGA8008 rotisserie oven can also be used for ribs, roasts, vegetables or an entire rack of lamb. The baskets are also great for holding delicate items like whole stuffed fish while they are being cooked. The Cayenne® rotisserie oven has a glass rear and front that makes it easy for customers to view the delicious food being cooked. A unique circulation design distributes heat consistently throughout the chamber for even cooking and browning. Vollrath built their Cayenne® CGA8008 rotisserie oven out of stainless steel to ensure a long life span of the unit and easy cleaning. A removable full-size drip tray is included.
