This Cayenne® COA7002 convection has stainless steel construction, hinges and a removable cool-touch door for durability and easy cleaning. The Cayenne® COA7002 oven is supplied with 3 non-tip chrome-plate steel wire shelves that accommodate half-size sheet pans.
