This model also features advanced circulation with dual, self-reversing fans for more uniform cooking resulting in higher quality baking and efficiency in comparison with conventional ovens. It's interior lights enable you to see your food making monitoring cooking easier. Thanks to a 120 minute bake timer, there won't be any overcooking in this oven! Plus the knob guard protects the thermostat and timer against any accidental changes. This Cayenne® COA8005 convection has stainless steel construction, hinges and a removable cool-touch door for durability and easy cleaning. The Cayenne® COA8005 oven is supplied with 4 grid shelves that accommodate 4 full-size sheet pans.
