Thanks to a 120 minute bake timer, there won't be any overcooking in this oven! Plus the knob guard protects the thermostat and timer against any accidental changes. This Cayenne® COA8004 convection oven features stainless steel exterior and interior construction, hinges and a removable cool-touch door all serving for durability and easy cleaning. The Cayenne® COA8004 oven is supplied with 4 non-tip chrome-plated steel shelves that fit 4 half-size sheet pans.
