To make this Spoodle® easy to hold Vollrath uses their Grip 'N Serv® handle that resists heat up to 230° Fahrenheit. The handle features a thumb notch for greater control and a stopper that prevents the Spoodle® from sliding into a pan when not in use. The 3 ounce serving bowl and shaft are made out of sturdy stainless steel that will resists stains, rust and corrosion.
