Vollrath®'s high temp spatulas are designed with a nylon handle and silicone blade that resist temperatures up to 500° F. The non-scratching silicone rubber spoon/blade makes the spatula ideal for use with non-stick cookware. This spatula is molded together to form sanitary seal and eliminate food traps.
