Wells VCS2000 WVFG|Ventless Griddle Fryer| 15lbs

The Wells VCS2000™ Ventless Griddle Fryer, with 15 lbs oil capacity, provides two half-size, rear hanging, interchangeable fry baskets and a griddle surface measuring 17-1/4"W x 18-1/4"D has enclosed tubular elements that provide even heat distribution. The efficient heating element is flat, heavy-duty stainless steel and the griddle is controlled by a positive-off thermostat adjustable from 100 degrees F to 400 degrees F. The positive-off thermostat controls the element, allowing for adjustable and more consistent temperatures and the Fryer on/off switch is located in the recessed front control panel. Griddle features include a full-width front grease tough, and extra-large removable front grease drawer and a stainless steel splashguard. The cabinet base is included.
