Robot Coupe® R2N ULTRA is a commercial food processor that can handle up to 3 quarts of vegetables at one time. Robot Coupe has designed 21 different processing discs that will fit into this unit. When you receive the food processor a 2mm grating and 4mm slicing disc is included. The R2N food processor was designed to have continuous vegetable feed so you don't have to stop what you are doing every time you want to add more veggies. When Robot Coupe was designing the R2N food processor they were keeping lack of space in mind, this unit will only take up 9in x 16in of counter space. This commercial processor has an upgraded stainless steel bowl with a clear ABS plastic lid that will let you view your progress.
