Cambro designed the Ultra Camcart® H-Series food pan carrier for both electrical hot holding and non-electric transport. It's perfect for transporting food to off-premise events, corporate parties or delivering food from central kitchens to satellite kitchens. This versatile food pan transporter holds a variety of food types and textures such as pasta, bone-in fried chicken and double-crusted pies. To obtain the best results, preheat the Ultra Camcart® 45-minutes from room temperature. The Ultra Camcart® H-Series carrier holds ideal gentle, 150°-165°F (65°-74°C) heat that will not cook food and maintains food moisture while keeping it safe. Recovery time is only three minutes after the door is opened and closed. Cambro constructed the exterior of the Ultra Camcart® H-Series food pan carrier from tough, polyethylene exterior that stays cool to the touch with foamed-in place polyurethane insulation that holds temperatures above 148°F (65°C) for over 4 hours when used unplugged. Operating the Ultra Camart® is easy - plug-in, pre-heat empty, load with hot food, unplug, transport, hold unplugged and/or plug in and serve.
