Insulated back rail includes three 1/9 size and one 1/6 size pan, six ice packs, and ladles. One piece acrylic hinged lid. Non-insulated front rail includes two CP 1/6 pumps, with pans, one 1/6 size pan and tongs. Pumps yield 1 oz (29.6 mL) max. Collars provided to reduce yield. Includes two CP-1/6 pumps, pans, lid, and ladles. Front rail is non-insulated. Back rail is insulated and accepts Eutectic Ice Packs #94013 (six are supplied). Also includes tongs.
The Two-Tiered Serving Station features an insulated back rail with one-1/6 size and three-1/9 size pans, 4 in (10.2 cm) deep and is topped by an acrylic hinged lid. In addition to the pump section described above, this unit also includes a 1/6 size pan, 4 in (10.2 cm) deep between the pumps, four ladles, six Eutectic Ice Packs, and two serving tongs.
