Imperial ICVD-1 single deck bakers convection oven uses a 1/2 HP blower motor to cook a variety of food more quickly and even than a standard oven. Imperial Range designed the ICVD-1 single deck oven to have a large window and 2 interior lights that allows the user to view their cooking product easily. In order to increase the life span of the oven doors Imperial uses four bearings on each door eliminate side to side shaft movement which harms your oven doors. Unlike most oven doors where the handle is attached to the door cover, instead Imperial attached the handle to the door chassis which is designed to endure constant movement. The ICVD-1 has a stainless steel exterior so it will look attractive in any kitchen.
