Dual Voltage Wax Base Heater
The two tube convection air heating unit is an efficient and economical means of heating all stainsless teel wax bases.
Wax Base Dispensing System
• Tube type self-leveling dispenser with 20 heavy duty
• Heats wax bases from room temperature to approximately 250° (118°C) in 2 hours (initial "heat up" of the day)
• Reheat, after initial meal of the day, will take approximately 1 hour 30 minutes
Two Tube Convection Base Heater
• Horizontal forced air convection heat system circulates thermostatically controlled heat air evenly
• Well-insulated cabinet
• Uses 3400 watts at 240 volts, 14.6 amps. and 2550 watts at 208 volts, 12.3 amps.
Construction
• Exterior is 304, No. 20 finish stainless steel
• Welds are ground
• Frame is 22 gauge
• Each tube has a separated heavy duty all stainless steel center hinged lid
• The sides, back and front panel are 20 gauge stainless steel
• Four 5" (13cm) swivel caters, two with wheel locks
• Non-marking, polyethylene, heavy duty wrap around bumper is standard
Electrical
208/240 volts. Requires a dedicated 20 amp, single phase receptacle. NEMA plug 6-20P. Cord Length 6 ft.
