The True TPP-93 Refrigerated Solid Door Pizza Prep Table provides the perfect place to prepare pizzas quickly and efficiently.  The Pizza Prep table has two doors and has four adjustable, vinyl-coated wire shelves.  It uses an oversized and balanced refrigeration system, with airflow directed at the pans, to hold temperatures between 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.  The exterior of the TPP-93 has a stainless steel front, top and sides.  The interior has NSF-approved, white, vinyl coated, aluminum sides and top, with a stainless steel floor.
