The open frame construction of the model MOT consists of 1" O.D. grade 18-8 stainless steel tubing welded to grade 18-8 solid stainless steel base. The frame shall have stainless steel upper horizontal and vertical guide rods welded to the 1" O.D. tubing. The base shall be reinforced with heavy gauge full length stainless steel angles for added strength. TRAY CARRIER: Shall be 16 gauge stainless steel grade 18-8, #3 finish removable for cleaning. SELF LEVELING: Elevators shall be stainless steel die stamped telescoping tubing non-fatiguing compression type springs stainless steel totally enclosed. CORNER BUMPERS: Shall be gray non-marking vinyl attached securely to the base. CASTERS: Shall be 4" swivel heavy duty with optional brake.
