Imperial ITG-60 heavy duty griddle with thermostat control enables you to cook a wide variety of foods to perfection without firing up a stove. Imperial designed this griddle to maintain a selected temperature during peak cooking periods to help stop over cooking. Since Imperial built the ITG griddles to have aeration baffles between burners this makes the heat spread across the griddle surface more evenly. To ensure perfect heat throughout the griddle Imperial installed a 30,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. Now even collecting grease is a snap with the ITG-60, Imperial includes a 1 gallon grease with a weep hole that will inform you when the can is full. This heavy duty griddle is a perfect addition to any busy kitchen.
