Imperial ITY-48 Teppan-Yaki griddle has 1 30,000 BTU round burner in the middle of the griddle that creates a "hot spot" that is unique to the Teppan-Yaki style cooking. Imperial built this heavy duty griddle unit to the highest commercial standards so that your equipment has a trouble free long life. This ITY griddle unit features stainless steel front, sides, and landing ledge that is easy to clean and keep clean. Imperial engineered the ITY Teppan-Yaki griddles to have venting features that allow this unit to be installed on non-combustible cabinets or tables. Imperial uses a 48in long, 3/4in thick polished steel griddle plate that will ensure this unit lasts a long time. Imperial even included a large grease can that can hold up to 1 gallon of grease at a time.
