Eurodib M5 tin plated food mill is made to puree and mill a variety of fruits and vegetables while straining seeds and skins out. As most professional cooks know Eurodib is known for their great quality of kitchen tools so they make a great addition to any kitchen. Eurodib designed this food mill in such a way that the bottom of the food mill, where juice comes from, sits inside of a stock pot or large bowl which allows for cleaner food milling. With the M5 food mill 1 grid is included, Eurodib provides a choice 1 from the following grids: 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm or 4mm. The 1mm and 1.5mm grids are best used when you want to make fruit sauces and juices. The 2mm and 3mm grid is best used for making purees and soups. The 4mm grid was designed for milling large stringy vegetables, root crops, cooked spinach and much more.
