Eurodib X3 stainless steel food mill is made to puree and mill a variety of fruits and vegetables while straining seeds and skins out. As most professional cooks know Eurodib is known for their great quality of kitchen tools so they make a great addition to any kitchen. Eurodib designed this food mill to have 2 support holders that will allow the user to secure the food mill to the top of a stock pot or large bowl which allows for cleaner food milling. With the X3 food mill, Eurodib provides a 1.5mm, 2.5mm, and 4mm grid that allows more versatility of foods you can puree and mill. The 1.5mm grid is best used for making fruit sauces and juices. The 2.5mm grid is best used for making purees and soups. The 4mm grid was designed for milling large stringy vegetables, root crops, cooked spinach and much more.
