T-Stick™ is a disposable, single use, cardboard thermometer that can be used as a permanent record for HACCP programs.
Information can be written on the back of the T-Stick™ before it is attached to the HACCP form.

• 144 piece display pack • The USDA recommends cooking meat to 160°F (71.1°C) to avoid problems with E. coli
bacteria • For use in measuring the internal temperature of hamburger and other foods
• Can also be used to measure dishwasher rinse temperature
• +/- 1°F (-17.2°C) of accuracy
• Eliminates cross contamination
