Suspended Tray Cart
Insulated tray delivery carts are designed to transport the tray to and from patients in a secure and practical manner.
Standard Features
• 5”(13cm) Plate & Swivel Casters
• Corner Bumpers
• Ballstops to "lock" in trays
Construction
Frame: constructed of 1"(3cm) square type 304 No. 3 polished stainless steel (18 ga.) welded to a 304 polished stainless steel (16 ga.) side channel.
Assembly: (4) 1"(3cm) tie bars of stainless steel type 304 No. 3 (18 ga.) round tubing and (2) type 304 polished stainless steel end channels of 16 gauge.
Insert : constructed of 21 NC plated .3125”(1cm) bright basic steel wire, spacing 5.5"(14cm) between shelves with center stop design.
Tray Lock: restraining bars constructed of chrome plated .3125”(1cm) bright basic steel wire, 52”(132cm) long mechanism is mounted to 1”(3cm) round tie bar and is constructed of .3125”(1cm) bright basic steel wire.
Casters: four 5" rubber wheels with plate and swivel casters and two 5" rubber wheel with rigid plate and caster for double capacity only.
