Turbo Air TST-36SD Super deluxe sandwich and salad unit can hold up to 11 cubic feet of food. Turbo Air uses a cold air compartment that maintains temperature evenly for each pan which ensures that food stays fresher longer. The Turbo Air super deluxe model unit has a stainless steel interior and exterior, except for back, that is easy to clean and sanitize. The TST prep table features one piece construction magnetic door gaskets that can me removed without tools, which also helps with cleaning. The entire cabinet structure and doors are formed in place using high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation, Turbo Air uses this to help keep the energy it takes to keep a prep unit cool low. Turbo Air designed the TST-36SD sandwich and salad unit to have side rail cutting board brackets that makes securing a cutting board that is up to 1/2in thick to your unit.
