Carlisle Aluminum 40 QT Stock Pot

Carlisle 61240 standard weight stock pot was made to hold up to 40 quarts at one time. This stock pot is made out of heavy duty 3003 aluminum alloy that allows the cookware to heat rapidly and retain heat evenly. Carlisle built this stock pot with a double thick top edge and base for added strength and shape retention. The 61240 stock pot has a nice satin finish that was designed to stay looking in top shape for longer than other finishes.
