Carlisle Steeluminum Pullman Pan with Cover 32 oz 1 DZ

Carlisle 602164 Steeluminum Pullman pan will make a 32 ounce flat loaf. Carlisle designed the lid so that it is attached to the Pullman pan  so its easier to keep up with, but it does have the ability to be removed by sliding all the way off the pan. Carlisle uses their special finish on this Steeluminum pan that will provide greater heat transfer for lower baking temperatures and times. The mixture of Steel and aluminum is corrosion-resistant and can withstand temperatures up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit. The 62164 Carlisle Pullman pan was built to endure long years of use.
