Carlisle Steeluminum® 32 oz Pullman Cover

Carlisle's Steeluminum® pans are the best choice for baking breads, cupcakes, muffins and cakes. Carlisle builds their Steeluminum® pans out of a unique combination of steel and aluminum that will withstand temperatures up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit. Added to the Steeluminum® pans is a Bake Prep® Plus finish that provides greater heat transfer for lower baking temperatures, shorter bake time and more uniform baked goods. The 602164C is a cover to the 32 ounce pullman pan only.
