The 4071000 Sparta® Grill Brick provides a quick and efficient alternative to cleaning a grill surface under hot or cold conditions.  The 4071000 brick is designed with a plastic wrapping around the exterior made to dissolve and eliminate messes.  When used with cooking oill the brick can effectively remove excess cooked-on foods and protect the grill cure from taking damage.
